The purpose of the General and Special Needs sub-committee for the 1st Assault Helicopter Battalion, 140th Aviation Regiment, is to prepare to react and promptly respond when unplanned needs arise for the Army personnel or their families, and work with other committees to locate resources. The sub-committee is co-chaired by Carl David and Mike Pouraryan.
